Charity Sing-a-long for the Shooting Star Hospice, 13th September 2009 – Sep, 2009

Earlier this year we put ourselves up for Auction to raise money for MeToo (a support group for children with additional needs and their families). We were ‘bought’ by Annie and Julian Miall whose family are supported by the Shooting Star Children’s Hospice in Hampton. We had said we could do a sing-a-long at a venue of their choice and they decided they’d like us to be part of the entertainment at a charity celebrity cricket match that they were organising this Autumn. Well, the big event took place in September and it was really fabulous – there was lots for the children to do and a bit of cricket was thrown in for good measure. Harlequins Rugby players switched their rugby shorts for Cricket whites and joined the event – but we’re sure they won’t be giving up their day job any time soon!!

Here’s a short film of the event
